Monsters teaser trailer online
July 26th, 2010 admin
I’ve been lucky enough to see Monsters (Filmstalker review) already, and while people are keen to compare it to other films, I think it does well to carve its own place in science fiction while doing a great job of grounding it hard in reality and with real life, current issues. The film tells the story of a newspaper photographer who is ordered by his boss to find and take home his daughter from Mexico where she’s been staying in a fancy hotel, a hotel that has just been destroyed by an attack from a creature incursion from the Infected…Visit Filmstalker for the full story. Kristen Stewart is indeed pulling as far away from her Twilight image as possible, as I’ve just written about in the review for The Runaways and will be posting today, she’s playing characters that are smoking, drinking, having sex, taking drugs, and in this trailer, stripping and prostitution. However that’s not the focus of Welcome...

Wow, this really is a teaser trailer, there’s not a lot to it, in fact a mere nineteen seconds. The film is drastically cut from the mini-series which tells the story of Ilich Ramirez Sanchez, the man who became known as Carlos aka Carlos the Jackal, the internationally renowned terrorist. Olivier Assayas has directed the mini-series which stars...

Although the trailer is bootlegged and it flips in and out of focus, there’s plenty enough to give some intrigue from the film starring Hilary Swank, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Christopher Lee. While that gives you a sense that this might be a strong film, there’s also the balance that it’s a film from the newly resurrected Hammer Film...

The teaser we saw before for I Saw the Devil had me hooked. It looked great and with Kim Ji-woon directing Lee Byung-hun and Choi Min-sik, how could you not be interested? Two huge Korean actors and an equally big name director who has an eye for style, with a plot that pitches the two together? I Saw the Devil follows the trailer of a serial killer...

There’s really next to nothing to the teaser trailer for The Social Network, the film about the events behind the creation of Facebook, at least in visual terms. What it lacks there though it makes up for in the audio which, to be fair is helped along by the titles, gives a rather more dramatic feel to the film than some of us might have thought....

The teaser for Saw VII has been captured and released online. It probably won’t be long before either this teaser is removed or the full version is up, but this one is good enough to follow what’s going on, and it looks interesting. Not just from the cast members you see flip past the screen, but from the tagline below which promises a...

A trailer has arrived online for Dylan Dog: Dead of Night and you know what, it’s looking rather good fun. Having seen Brandon Routh in Chuck I have to say he did really well, and it looks like from this trailer he’s going to carry off the lead as Dylan Dog well. Then there’s the fact that we see some creature effects and they aren’t...

There’s a teaser appeared for The Wind in the Willows, the new version of the story which is set to come from the director Ray Griggs and the New Zealand Weta team. It is short, features little actual footage, but does showcase some of the effects we’re going to see. The sad thing is the final shot for me. While the appearance of Toad...

There was something about Showgirls that you could at least say was entertaining and had a few things to say about our society, it really did, and there are still people today who view the film as a positive and enjoyable experience. Honestly. I didn’t think that though, fun and enjoyable for a bloke to watch, but that was about it. So for the...

Early, but the A-Team trailer is here. While I was hard at work it popped up online and is right here for you to view. Unfortunately I’m still at work, and try as I might I can’t see that trailer till I get home. So you’re all on your lonesome, and you get to comment on it for everyone else. So wade in and tell everyone just how...
